We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our food production team. The Food Production Worker will be responsible for operating machinery, handling raw materials, and ensuring that food products are prepared, packaged, and stored according to quality and safety standards. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Process: Operate, monitor, and control food production equipment and machinery.
• Product Preparation: Handle raw materials, measure ingredients, and follow recipes for the production of food products.
• Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Packaging: Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy in labelling and storage.
• Sanitation: Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Inventory: Assist with the management of stock levels for raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure efficient production processes and meet daily targets.

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal Production Operative will have a passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality standards are met.

You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.

This is a fast-moving business, so you need to enjoy working at a pace and have the determination to take action and achieve results.

Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

English language skills are desirable but not essential.
