Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our team, involved in the processing of food products in a chilled factory environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cutting and Deboning: Accurately cut and debone chicken parts like breasts, wings, and thighs using knives and cutting tools.
• Packaging and Labelling: Sort, package, and label chicken products for shipping and distribution, ensuring correct weight and pricing.
• Quality Control: Inspect chicken for defects and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Operating Machinery: Use specialized poultry processing equipment and monitor machinery for smooth operation.
• Site Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict health and safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
